**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Welcoming clients to the office in a warm and friendly manner
- To undertake general front of house duties, for example, answering the telephone, taking messages, filing, photocopying and scanning, handling incoming and outgoing post, etc
- Maintaining the office standards
- To provide superb customer service, office and administration support dealing with both internal staff and external clients
- Managing client review schedule
- Any other duties which may be required from time to time, as discussed and agreed with the Operations Manager and Directors
- Record and securely store information relating to confidential matters and enquiries
- Ensuring internal audit processes are met
- A requirement to undertake essential training as and when required

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**
- Highly organised with an excellent level of attention to detail
- A polite, warm and friendly manner with a can-do attitude
- Professional appearance
- A clear communicator with an ability to articulate well
- Work well as part of a team and on their own initiative
- Team fit is important to us as we are a small team, we have a positive approach to work and life and are therefore looking for like-minded individuals
- Proficient in maths and English
- Familiar with Microsoft packages and data base management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
