We are looking for a dynamic new member of staff to join our office support team.

Key attributes Required:

- Good organisational skills, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional and confident communication skills - you will be conducting interviews and inductions.
- Confident with technology and using software programmes (training will be provided)
- Reliability, forward thinking, and passionate about making a difference - carer engagement, retention and support is a key factor of this role.
- Creativity - the ability to be innovative to source new carers and be confident with advertising and using social media.

This role would suit someone who is experienced in care recruitment (minimum 1 year) but we are willing to accept applicants with a recruitment background in other industries that have transferrable skills.

We offer an excellent remuneration package, with 28 days annual leave including bank holidays with a yearly increment, a company pension scheme, employee assistance programme and team events.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, office based.

You will be expected to participate in out of hours on-call service (currently 1 weekend in 6).

**Salary**: £22,500.00-£23,500.00 per year
