We are a well-established recruitment agency who have been sourcing and providing staff to the care sector for over 30 years. As an organisation we are dedicated to supplying our clients with an exceptionally high standard of temporary care staff.
We have a highly skilled and dedicated team of care staff who are available at either short notice or longer term depending on the client’s needs.
We are seeking to appoint a part-time Bookings Co-ordinator to be based our Head Office in Reading. This is a key role and you will be responsible for maintaining effective working relationships with all our clients and staff and delivering customer service that goes ‘above and beyond’.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 12pm-5pm (25hrs per week)
The successful applicant for this role would be a friendly and personable with previous telephone experience.
This role would be ideal for an experienced care professional who is wishing to direct their career into a more office based role, someone who likes to get things done and someone who likes talking to people
Whilst previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous it is not essential as full training will be given to the right individual.
An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word and EXCEL is essential to this role.
Key requirements:
- Knowledge of the care industry
- Confident with Microsoft Word & EXCEL
- Previous administration experience
- Confident speaking to people on the telephone
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £23,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 per week
