Highland Spring Group are looking for a Customer Supply Chain Co-ordinator to join our Supply Chain Team located at our site in Blackford, Perthshire.

The Customer Supply Chain Co-ordinator is responsible for providing excellent customer service through collaborative demand planning, stock control management and effective business KPI reporting, with key emphasis on working in close partnership with the Sales Account Manager/Controller. The main duties are to deliver the highest levels of proactive customer service to key accounts, targeting 98.5% OTIF service level, providing an open, honest and trusted customer services experience for our customers both internally and externally: tailored to suit their individual needs.

Key responsibilities for the role include but are not limited to
- Communication & Reporting (Complete and publish customer service reports for key accounts, report corrective actions, communicate required changes to production plan, lead monthly customer review meetings and monitor sales and orders)
- Stock Management (Review and report on stock levels regularly, ensure correct stock levels are maintained, communicate forecast and demand changes, facilitate calls with third party logistics partners)
- Customer/Forecast Management (Monitor and review customer demand, challenge customers on demand versus orders, update forecasts in conjuction with Sales, prepare information for month Forecast meeting)

Previous experience working in a Supply Chain function within FMCG and experience in customer facing roles is essential.

Working hours will be Monday - Friday, rotational between the hours of 0900 - 1700. The role is hybrid with an expectation to be onsite full time during training period.
