**SIPs Projects Co-Ordinator**
**THE ROLE**

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a successful, fast growing SIPs kit manufacturer and housebuilder based in Perthshire. Due to continued expansion, this innovative, family-owned business is looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to join their team to co-ordinate and manage projects from point of order through to commencement on-site.

This is a permanent position, with ongoing training and development opportunities within the organisation for the right individual. A competitive remuneration package is offered, comprising salary based on experience, bonus structure and access to company pension scheme.

You must be able to demonstrate suitable experience within a construction environment and whilst experience of SIPs would be advantageous, it is not essential. Excellent communication and organisational skills are vital, along with a full UK driving licence.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Programme design and manufacture process.
- Obtain engineer fee proposals and arrange appointment.
- Co-ordinate architect & engineer drawings and information to meet programme.
- Co-ordinate internal departments to ensure programme dates are met.
- Process supplier orders and ensure delivery dates are met.
- Liaise with client during design and manufacture stage.
- Assist with the development of the SIPs design during pre-manufacture stage.

This is a customer-facing role working on high-quality projects requiring impeccable attention to detail. The ability to be proactive and to work both as part of a team and unsupervised, using your own initiative would be required. We are looking for someone who is motivated, enthusiastic, hardworking, well mannered, friendly, punctual and organised.
