Senior Wholesale Administrator, Luxury Fashion

Fantastic luxury fashion brand looking for an excellent Senior Wholesale Customer Executive to work within their London offices based SW6. Paying up to £15.00 per hour plus holiday pay in addition, hours are 9-6 from Monday-Friday each week.
**The role**:
Working as part of a small friendly team, you'll be assisting with queries from the brand’s valued wholesale customers managing the Customer/Client Order Journey. You'll work extensively with the key stakeholders such as Logistics, Finance, sales teams, warehouse and couriers to ensure best practices in place to achieve service excellence.
You'll ensure the operations run seamlessly, working to identify resolutions to ensure exceptional service levels. Continuously develop brand knowledge to enhance cross-sell, up-sell and replacement styles for orders opportunities.
Reporting on key functions by channel, highlighting risk and opportunity with strong influencing skills and a high-level professionalism.
You'll also support the Customer Care Manager with project work and continuous improvement development as and when required.
**Key Responsibilities - **Including but not limited to:
- Act as the main point of contact for the organisation’s wholesale accounts and Key Accounts. Communicate with client base on Order Book, OC's, Returns and Re-orders. Always ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- In partnership with the logistics team, ensure efficient and timely deliveries always, proactively working to identify issues ahead of time.
- Develop brand knowledge to enhance cross-sell, up-sell and replacement styles for orders opportunities.
- Identify process improvements and support operational efficiency whilst managing customer expectations.
- In partnership with the sales team drive account growth, work to provide the tools necessary to achieve revenue KPIs.
- Lead Weekly Ops meetings where required.
- Deputise for the Customer Care Manager.
- Support with training for junior team members/ new starters.
- Support the Customer Care Manager with the implementation of new or improved processes.
- Support with process or system issues as and when they arise and follow escalation process to resolve.
**Key Skills, Experience and Knowledge Required**:
- Commercially aware, with a solid understanding of the requirements of Manufacturing, Logistics, Sales, Marketing, Finance & the end consumer.
- Excellent organizational skills & ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent collaboration & influencing skills.
- Excellent verbal & communication skills with the ability to communicate appropriately, clearly & effectively across the organization.
- Goal oriented, self-sufficient, organised and values continuous improvement.
- An eye for detail along with understanding of the bigger picture.
- Requires 2+ year of experience as a Wholesale customer Care exec or similar position within Luxury Brand or high end retail.
- Other European languages desirable (French, German, Italian or Spanish).
- Intermediate/Advanced excel skills. (Vlook up, Pivot, data analysis, basic formula).
- Goal oriented, self-sufficient, organised and values continuous improvement.
- Experience in using NAV & Salesforce preferred.
