Spire Cambridge Lea Hospital is looking for a Maintenance Assistant to assist in providing an efficient service in relation to maintaining the building and ensuring an efficient building maintenance service. This will include tasks like painting, handyman duties and some basic plumbing work.

This is a full-time and permanent position. Working hours are 9:00 '“ 17:00 Monday to Friday.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Responding to ad-hoc maintenance requests across the hospital
- Learning how Engineers operate in a hospital environment
- Undertaking regular training alongside our experienced engineers
- Painting and decorating
- Plumbing

**Who we're looking for**
- Practical with an ability to problem solve
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced role
- Fast learner with an eye for detail
- Painting and Decorating Experience is required
- Has worked in a similar role
