We are a popular and busy bridal shop, based in Maidstone for over 30 years. With a great reputation for our customer experience and stocking the most popular bridal designers, we are looking for the perfect person to join our friendly team.

They will have some previous experience in marketing and running social channels, and will be able to demonstrate original content, an exciting presence, imagination and an ability to engage their audience and continue to build our solid following. We are looking for someone who is at ease in front of the camera, perhaps with a love of performing, and who also has the ability to inspire team members whilst creating content in the shop together.

We need this person to be passionate about the world of weddings, and to love the idea of guiding and assisting our brides through the process of finding the perfect dress for them.

The role will involve:

- Leading bridal appointments, advising brides and dressing them. Full training and product knowledge will be provided, in order to guide the customer to find the right dress for her. Using your creativity to enable the bride to realise her vision.
- Duties behind the scenes include processing deliveries, steaming and checking dresses, keeping the shop clean and tidy and looking it's best, caring for the gowns and accessories.

A fashionable, well-groomed appearance is essential, reflecting the high-value product and the importance of the customer experience. An interest or background in fashion, hair and beauty or similar is ideal.

Other requirements:
A good standard of written English.

A friendly and confident telephone manner.

The salary range is dependant upon previous experience and qualifications, and we operate a bonus scheme.

Hours are Monday to Saturday with a day off during the week. The role includes working most Saturdays, plus on average one Sunday a month.
