Our advisers know that they couldn’t do they work they do without the support of our extensive administration and paraplanning teams across the length andbreadth of the UK. With over 100 client support staff, circa 70 paraplanners alongside our HR, IT and Legal and Regulatory professionals, we work as #oneteam to make a positive difference to each and every client who instils their trust in us.

We are currently recruting for a Business Development Consultant to join our fantastic Head of Professional Partnership to support our advisers with seminars and industry events.
- Have experience of providing excellent customer service to both internal and external clients
- Have previous experience of working in a business development capacity
- Have excellent organisational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
- Be confident using all programmes within the Microsoft Office Suite (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint)

**The role will involve**:

- Building professional relationships with external bodies including The British Medical Association, Royal Colleges and Specialist Societies, Hospitals and NHS Trusts as well as Department Secretaries and GP Tutors
- Working closely with our Chase de Vere Head of Professional Partnerships and Senior Managers.
- Identifying and targeting business development opportunities
- Organising and delivering events that promote our brand, our specialism and our proposition
- Attending National BMA and Marketing events as an opportunity to both network and to enhance knowledge
- Building upon existing client relationships and nurturing new one via networking, personal introductions and promotional activity.
- Creating and updating relevant hospital workbooks that sit within your geographic location.
