Job Advert: Administrator at Letting Estate Agents
Are you an organised and customer-focused individual looking for an exciting opportunity in the real estate industry? Join our dynamic team at Letting Estate Agents as an Administrator and be an essential part of our successful property management business. This full-time role offers a consistent work schedule of 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM from Monday to Friday, with four rotating Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Role: Administrator

**Responsibilities**:

- General Administration: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, managing correspondence, and document organisation.
- Property Listings: Assist in creating and maintaining property listings on various platforms.
- Tenant Screening: Support the tenant screening process by verifying references and conducting background checks.
- Viewing Arrangements: Schedule property viewings for potential tenants and assist in coordinating with the property management team.
- Tenancy Agreements: Assist in preparing and processing tenancy agreements and related documents.
- Rent Collection: Monitor and process rental payments from tenants, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintenance Coordination: Liaise with maintenance contractors and tenants to address property repair and maintenance requests.
- Property Inspections: Organise property inspections and maintain accurate inspection records.
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing property inventories and conducting inventory checks.
- Office Management: Help maintain a tidy and organised office environment.
- Database Maintenance: Update and maintain the property management database with current information.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in administration, customer service, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
