We are Active Care Group, the leading provider of complex care. Within the Care in the Home division, we support children with complex health needs to live at home with their families.
We'd like you to join us as a **Children’s Care Assistant** at our young clients care packages in **Lee-on-Solent and Southampton.**
**When you'll be working**:
- Waking night shifts
- Across packages in Lee-On-Solent and Southampton
- Part time or Full time available
- Contracted hours available
**What you'll be doing**:
This role is to monitor and support our young clients in their family home overnight. This will involve personal care, medication, moving and handling and managing clinical equipment.
**You must be a driver and willing to work across children's care packages in Lee-on-Solent and Southampton.

- 10.75 per hour - 13.50 per hour (depending on experience)
