Office and Ecommerce Administrator

**Position**:Creative Office and Ecommerce Administrator **(Temp to Permanent) at Interiors Showroom in Chelsea, London
**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
- Managing our E-commerce website, including uploading products and updating inventory on Shopify
- General administration, such as organizing deliveries of goods, purchasing and processing orders, etc.
- Social media marketing on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Insta, and Twitter
- Creating content for our Instagram page
- E-commerce
- Marketing and social media management
- Google Analytics
- Xero accounting
- General administrative skills
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic coding is beneficial
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop)
**Qualifications and skills required**:
- Administrative experience
- Ability to work well under pressure, take initiative, and manage tasks effectively
- A creative eye and passion for interiors and design
- Ability to research trends and compile the right sources of marketing/e-commerce for our brand
- Interest in multimedia design, latest web trends, and user experience
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 37 per week
**Salary**: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
