**Club Runner**

**Salary: £25,000 per annum**

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a leading developer as a Club Runner on a permanent basis. In this role as Club Runner the successful applicant will be responsible for assisting with the practical facilities of the club, which is a modern, membership-only coworking and leisure space.

**Club Runner Responsibilities**:

- Daily H&S and maintenance walk round, to check for issues, reporting back or tackling in situ
- Carrying out minor office maintenance repairs
- Move the furniture in the Studio/Hot Desk Suites as per meeting requirements
- Set up AV equipment for meetings - troubleshooting where necessary
- Tackle any printer issues alerted via team mailbox
- Continuous tidy of communal areas
- Assist with external and internal ‘event’ set up in meeting rooms
- Assist with staff desk moves and set up and overall studio moves
