We are looking for a Community Specialist to join our Key City Marketing Team in London. Your mission is to drive the local market initiatives – creating meaningful relationships and partnerships that position On at the heart of the running, fitness and movement communities. You will be responsible for all local community initiatives and partnership activation – helping grow On`s fan base and connection with runners and our wider movement communities. You are a true brand ambassador, consistently driving engagement with the brand and are deeply connected to what is happening within our community.

You will report into the UK & Ireland Marketing Lead and will work cross-functionally with the wider UK Marketing, Brand Activation and Retail teams, as well as EMEA Community and Events teams.

Your mission

– Connect and ignite the brand with run crews, clubs and groups – creating relationships as an authentic part of their communities.
– Build and manage the ambassador program, owning the ambassador activation calendar and driving community outreach.
– Oversee management of On Run Clubs – scaling club growth in line with ambitious plans.
– Ensure all external communication is in line with brand guidelines.
– Build key strategic partnerships with key city focus, helping grow brand awareness and engage with a new audience.
– Own our local Right to Run initiatives and programs with key charity and social partners that help ignite the power of the human spirit – helping make running accessible to all and giving people the space to dream.
– Support with local event delivery across logistics, programming and activation – from On events such as On Track Nights to sponsored races, expos and conceptual brand moments, lead on integrating community into these moments.
– Work closely with DTC and Retail team, connecting communities with our brand spaces – supporting with programming and activation.

Your story

– Passionate about running and movement, with a proven track record of involvement and engagement within broad running and movement communities across London.
– Deep understanding of running and wider movement culture. You’re immersed in On communities, understanding their pulse and anticipating the next big wave. You’re not just familiar with running culture; you’re practically an encyclopedia on the clubs, crews, and running groups that shape our city’s energetic landscape.
– Building and strengthening relationships is a motivator for you – you’re energized by meeting new people and forming deep connections. Whether it’s rallying teams internally, collaborating with external partners, or charming stakeholders, your finesse knows no bounds.
Proven experience in organizing successful events and community group runs, showcasing your ability to bring people together and create impactful experiences.From organizing large community runs to orchestrating seamless gatherings, you’ve got a knack for bringing people together.
– Your project management skills? Top-notch. You’re confident in delegating tasks, coordinating teams, and keeping multiple projects on track.

We are the EMEA Marketing team at On. Our mission? To amplify On’s brand and to engage On fans and communities. How do we do this? Through authentic brand storytelling, creative brand engagement, and impactful digital and experiential campaigns. We are committed to connecting with our global community, fostering a culture of passion for movement, and showcasing the innovation, design and sustainability behind each On product and experience, ultimately helping as many people as we can to ignite their spirit through movement

You will join a community of athletes, sports enthusiasts and movement dreamers who dare to dream big and move fast. You’ll be part of a growing UK Marketing team and report to the UK & Ireland Marketing Lead and will work cross-functionally with the wider UK Marketing, Brand Activation and Retail teams, as well as EMEA Community and Events teams.
