EFM Fleet Services Ltd is a well-established Fleet Management company that offers its customers a comprehensive service and due to expansion, EFM Fleet Services are looking to recruit a **Repair Desk/Workshop Controller **based at our Head office, located at Sharston, Manchester M22 4TE.

Support will never be far away but you will be working under your own supervision most of the time once trained.

Additional tasks may include, processing part invoices, ensuring parts are allocated against jobs correctly plus support where required to the wider business which may on some occasions be phone-based.

Full training in all aspects of the job will be given and this role comes with a good progression opportunity and will give the right person a great overview of multiple areas within our business.

**The Repair Desk/Workshop Administrator will have the following tasks **
- Ensure invoices are recorded and processed
- Ensure work is allocated to the most cost-effective solution available
- Assist in reasonable office administration when required

**Skills required for a Workshop Administrator **
- History working in vehicle maintenance, accident management or a similar role
- Previous phone-based customer service experience would be beneficial
- A committed and flexible approach, excellent customer services
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Display enthusiasm and commitment, willing to own problems and take responsibility
- Good attention to detail and understanding of the importance of accurate and thorough data capture
- Good computer skills will be required in the role

**Desirable Quality’s**
- Driving license, given the location and potential working hours
- Good approach to learning new skills, a willingness to excel in all areas of the business

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
