**Operations Administrator**

Are you looking to take a step into the exciting world of antiques and design? Lorfords Antiques are looking for an Operations Administrator to perform a key administrative role for the business, which at its core provides a luxury client experience for a discerning network of private clients and interior designers.

Operations are at the heart of Lorfords Antiques, with three sites across the beautiful Cotswold town of Tetbury, a network of 80+ antique dealers and a busy delivery schedule. With over 10,000 unique pieces in our collection, Lorfords can lay claim to having one of Europe’s biggest and finest range of traditional and contemporary antiques from across the globe.

Bringing a background in administration and with an absolute eye for detail, you will join our dedicated Operations team, ensuring the smooth running of the operations calendar, which includes dealer photography, deliveries, stock movement and antique restoration.

**Operations Administrator Responsibilities**:

- Provide an outstanding level of customer service to our clients
- Calendar management for booking of dealer photography
- Booking in deliveries with our clients
- Process all delivery and restoration related administration to include quotations, storage and returns where applicable

**About You**

You will have a minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative role using Microsoft Office and have an excellent level of written and spoken English.

You will be highly organised and have experience of calendar administration and booking appointments or scheduling tasks.

You will enjoy working as part of a team and thrive on building positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and our dealers alike.

Knowledge of the antiques and design industry is advantageous but not essential.

Salary £20,000 - £25,000 dependent on experience.
