Fortress Maintenance require a pro-active individual to join their growing business as a Administrator/Resourcer, initially on a part time basis Monday to Friday within school hours.
The role is administrative focussed with a strong emphasis on invoicing and checking/authorising contractor works.
We are looking for a dynamic individual that is keen to grow with the business and take on more responsibility as the business develops.
The role will include:
- Processing new jobs and issuing works using our job management software
- Following up on completed works, gathering evidence, compiling and issuing to our customers
- Liasing with contractors regarding works issued/completed
- Raising invoices using schedule of rates
- Contacting contractors to cover urgent works
- Ordering materials
- Any other administrative duties required outside of those listed above
Full training will be provided.
The role will suit someone who has previous invoicing/payroll experience, who has a confident telephone manner and is used to working to deadlines.
Expected hours each week are 17.5, working from 930am to 1pm.
