**_ About the role_**
- Permanent post, 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year.

- To promote the academy’s ethos and values across the student body, in particular with the relevant linked year group(s).
- To operate as part of the Pastoral Support team and be an integral member of the year group team(s), assisting with any relevant activity which supports the overall aims and objectives of the academy improvement plan.
- To fully invest in #TeamHavelock to make a positive difference across our community, working with students, parents/carers, staff and wider stakeholders including outside agencies.

**_ Who we are looking for_**
- GCSE (or equivalent) in English and maths at grade C (4+) or above
- Competent with computers and other technology
- Good administrative and organisational skills
- Experience of working with young people in a paid or voluntary capacity
- Passionate about the potential of every pupil.
