The role of the Talent Acquisition Partner is to support the Account Director in providing a high touch service to our client who is an investment bank. The talent team is based on site at the client’s premises and responsible for end to end delivery ofthe MSP & RPO for all client resource requirements, including working with the hiring community to ensure best value and continuous improvement of the service. The role would be based 2 days on site with our client in Central London, 3 days working from home.Alongside the basic salary, the bonus potential is an additional £10,000 per annum, if you meet the targets in place.

You will be working with hiring managers to develop a robust attraction strategy and supporting with some sourcing database searches, headhunting, networking, online searching tools for identifying talent and developing a talent pool.
