Reporting directly to the Shift Manager. 4 on 4 off shift pattern including days and nights. Salary of _£27,305.88 _and £2,601.37 Shift Premium. _

**How will you contribute?**
- To carry out all aspects of the physical function within the warehouse in order to complete the daily workload to the specified time schedules
- To ensure the operation completes each function to the highest standard.
- Warehouse Team Members will be trained to be multi-skilled and have the ability to operate within a fast-moving warehouse.
- To ensure vehicles are loaded and unloaded within key performance indicator targets.
- Warehouse Team Members will be trained to enter information onto the management system and record the arrival of products.
- To ensure that a high level of housekeeping and hygiene is maintained at all times.
- To ensure all tasks are carried out to the relevant health and safety procedures and by adhering to safe working practices at all times.
- The shifts are a 4 on 4 off days and nights pattern.

- Will possess the ability to work on their own initiative to specified deadlines.
- Will possess a positive attitude to work and be flexible to meet the challenging demands of the operation in a timely fashion.
- Will be an effective communicator and be able to develop good working relationships at all levels.
- Will be flexible and committed to the site’s success.
- FLT licence is essential.
- Ideally, we are looking for someone who is tenacious, diligent and has a natural drive for results and meeting targets.
- To be computer literate.
