Based beside our EMEA Head Office, in control of the smooth running of our famed brands, our fantastic Distribution Centre in Bristol’s Avonmouth is responsible for the transportation of our famous candles and home fragrance products across the globe.

**What you’ll be doing**

You will be our go-to expert on pricing and promotions for our internal teams here in Home Fragrance. You will ensure that our talented Commercial team have the correct pricing information so that they can go to market with our famous brands. As well as managing different stakeholders and internal customers, you will manage and be responsible for our pricing data for the company. Full training will be provided; if you have strong data management and administration experience, we can’t wait to hear from you

**Experience you’ll need**
- Experience managing bulk seasonal uploads to all pricelists in the internal system, to enable prompt sell out and launch of all brands and products
- Promptly input and effectively manage all prices and promotions on the internal sites to a strict deadline to ensure customer satisfaction
- Full accountability for uploading and amending all requests for pricing and data in our system to an expected service level agreement
- Input, maintain, report and track all wholesale systematic pricing modifications & promotional activity to ensure accuracy
- Responsibility for the thorough and accurate reviewing and approving of all new digital commercial pricelists for the home fragrance division
- Provide ad hoc support and guidance to the Commercial Sales, Sales Support, Supply Chain and Finance teams on all Oracle price list queries
- Perform regular maintenance of the pricing reference documents: Oracle pricing file and Master pricelist document
- Lead and manage regular pricing system audits, both monthly and annually, partnering with finance teams and external auditors to ensure compliance to SOX reporting process
