This an exciting opportunity for caring, compassionate and talented Advanced Support Workers, to work within a new service, supporting 2 people. This service will be supporting people with learning disabilities, whilst also promoting their choices, wellbeing and independence.
- As an Advanced Support Worker here, you will need to be able to think outside the box, adapt to different support styles, be a team player & be passionate about caring and supporting others.

**The shifts at this service are 7.30am - 3pm, 2.30pm - 10pm, and waking night 10pm - 7.30am.**

We will develop your talents with a range of specialist training, including the opportunity to learn Positive Behaviour Support methods, Makaton and the Picture Exchange System.

During recruitment you will meet the people we support in their home. This will allow you to see their wonderful personalities first-hand and fully understand the level of support that they require.
