**CLINIC ADMINISTRATOR - £12 per hour (£22,620 per annum)**

Alert Health is an occupational health service provider, offering private medical services to companies, their workforces and individuals. We are looking for a friendly, professional and reliable person to join our administration team. You will join our existing team of three administrators and eight clinicians at our new clinic based at Aurora House on the Inverness Campus, initially commencing in a reception role, and become involved in more complex administrative practices as and when you are ready to move on. We all support each other in our daily workloads, and its a very positive, high quality work environment. We love working here, and are looking forward to further strengthening our team with the right person.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- First point of contact at reception
- Providing administrative task support to Alert’s clinical team
- Organising supporting information needed for daily clinic appointments
- Creating and confirming appointment bookings
- Processing appointment paperwork, results and certificates via our inhouse system
- Processing all incoming physical orders and post
- Adhering to all clinic policies, processes and procedures
- Adhering to client Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators

EXPERIENCE
- Must have experience of working in customer service and admin roles
- Previous experience of working in a healthcare role, or non-clinical organisation with high level of professional compliance, would be helpful

CONTRACTUAL DETAIL
- **36.25 hours per week**:

- **5 days per week** - **Mon - Fri **(for the right person, we would consider 4 days)
- 8 hour shift pattern between 08:00 - 17:30, core hours to be agreed.
- 45 minute lunch break
- 12 weeks probationary period
- 6 month contract, with a view to extend at that time
