Recruit Moore have been approached by our client in Linlithgow to support them in finding an Administrator.

This is a new role that will support the day-to-day operations of the business within team.

Duties to include
- Answering incoming telephone calls to the Company
- Liaising with the suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records using CRM and supplier portals
- Keeping customers apprised of the progress of their orders or support cases
- Supporting Senior Account Managers, Account Managers and Specialists with case management

Requirements
- A current and valid driver’s license.
- Good communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Good attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
- Previous experience in an administrator role or similar.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 365 including Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Comfortable working as part of a team or independently.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.

Hours - 08:30 - 17:00, Monday to Friday.
