St Joseph's Primary serve the community of Linlithgow. The school roll is currently 109 pupils split over 6 classes. The staff team is comprised of a head-teacher, Principal Teacher and 8 teachers (both full and part-time), 4 pupil support workers, and 1 administrative assistant.

The school population is marked by a diverse range of ethnic and social backgrounds. The school community enjoys strong links with the local parish of St Michael's and benefits from highly effective parental and community partnerships. These partnerships are also evident in the school's strong and collaborative culture. St Joseph's is part of the new Sinclair Academy cluster of schools.

This post is considered Regulated Work with Vulnerable Children and/or Protected Adults, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007.  Successful candidates will be required to join the Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme Update check prior to commencing employment and the cost will be met by the candidate.

The fee for a Full PVG Scheme Membership is £59 or Existing Member is £18.
