Office Assistant

We have a vacancy in our small but busy office. Applicants must be flexible, able to work on their own as well as in a team, and have excellent time management skills. We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented person to join our team.
The applicant will mainly be responsible for dealing with the data input of the movements of our equipment from site to site. Inputting the information into the computer system, including dates, meters, rents etc. They will also ensure all Collectors have their work transmitted on time, dealing with collectors on a daily basis and answering any queries they may have, as well as accurately inputting the Collector's information daily, then sending on to all Brewers.
This job highly requires accuracy and time control. Other general duties include answering the telephones, dealing with customers at reception, providing administrative support, to accommodate the changing requirements and fast paced nature of the business, and to ensure the smooth running of our office. Familiarity with Quickbooks is preferred but not essential as training will be given.
The position is Monday to Friday, a minimum of 30 hours per week, 9am - 3pm, but full-time hours of 9am - 5pm would also be looked at. 29 days annual leave including public holidays. Salary £11.50 per hour.
