Accounts & Sales Administrator

Crossroads Garage Ltd are a highly-respected sports and prestige vehicle sales and service dealership based between Sheffield and Worksop, established in 1985.
Responsibilities and duties
- Managing Purchase Ledger
- Obtaining, processing, reconciling and filing supplier invoices
- Data input of invoice and credit notes
- VAT reconciliations
- Sales admin which will include creating vehicle files upon arrival, handover preparation
- Management of the Annual Leave/Sickness records.
Who we are looking for
- Minimum 3 years related experience, with strong accounting, reporting, analysis and organisational skills and fantastic attention to detail
- Good knowledge of bookkeeping principles and procedures
- You will have superb IT skills, including a wealth of knowledge and experience in Sage Line 50.
- Motor-trade experience would be a distinct advantage.
- You will be a great communicator, both written and over the phone.
- It goes without saying that you must be scrupulously honest and trustworthy.
- Must be flexible (20-25 hours per week)
- Salary dependent on experience, competitive rates of pay
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: £11.00-£13.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday

- Sales administration: 1 year (preferred)
