Admin Support Post - Band 3

18.75 hours per week, covering a 5 day service.

We have a exciting opportunity to recruit a part time Admin Support (Team Secretary) Band 3 within the Community Health and Wellbeing, Admin Support, Planned Care Services Team - Supporting the Long Covid Pathway.

We are looking for dynamic individuals with excellent communication, organisational and secretarial skills to support the administration function within our Planned Care Service - Supporting the Long Covid Pathway.

You must be able to build effective working relationships, be approachable and accessible with a flexible approach to work. The essential requirements of this post are good telephone manner, high level communication skills, typing letters, digital dictation and attention to detail. You will have good organisational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. We have a full electronic patient record system which is central to our work, so accurate record keeping is critical and you must be able to concentrate in a busy working environment.
