**FEMALE SUPPORT WORKERS ONLY ON LIVE IN WORK SCHEDULE**

**Are you looking for an exciting new challenge to work within a company offering support to young people within Northamptonshire?**

We are looking for support workers to work with vulnerable young people, aged 16 - 18 with a varied range of support needs, who are either leaving care or are unaccompanied asylum-seeking children, and require bespoke support packages to promote wellbeing and support them towards future independent living.

Working in partnership with key agencies, our support workers provide advocacy and support to young people covering all areas of their lives including education, employment, training, household management, health matters and personal issues. We work to create a positive and nurturing environment and to build confidence, resilience and important life skills in our young people so they feel safe and secure and are prepared for independence.

We Care is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people. An enhanced DBS check will be required for successful applicants.

**CAR DRIVERS REQUIRED and own transport**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £500.00-£600.00 per week

**Benefits**:
