**Role Overview**

We are currently recruiting for a Time and Attendance Operations Coordinator to join our passionate and driven team based at our Bury St Edmunds office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- 1st line Helpdesk support for the operational team(s).
- Resolve 1st-line Helpdesk support queries within set SLAs.
- Escalate any 2nd line support queries to the wider team within set SLAs.
- Structure changes on Timegate to reflect operational changes.
- Data checks between Timegate and other business systems to ensure data is consistent and accurate.
- Track completion of Timegate tasks within pay periods and escalate if any issues.
- Monitor and track arbitrations and duty checks ensuring compliance within pay periods to enhance the service offering to operations and identify further areas for improvement.
- Liaise with wider system support team if any operational training requirements are identified.
- Role will be hybrid with 60% office attendance.
