**Purpose of the role**

A key part of your role will be to support the National Specification Manager to deliver industry leading service to our OEM and housebuilder customers and the sales administration behind that success.

Your role supports day to day relationships with customers, representing and championing them within the business. You will be customer, sales and margin focused.

**Key responsibilities**
- Contribute to our business achieving its sales goals by delivering exceptional service in everything you do.
- Understanding customer needs and requirements whilst building, maintaining and retaining business relationships.
- Liasing with the sales and supply chain teams when required to ensure that demand patterns are planned for and understood.
- Recording and creating reports as instructed, across the new build, doorset and O.E.M. channels to assist in sales reporting and forecasting.
- Seeking new business opportunities, revenue growth, and providing quotes and enquiry responses quickly.
- Updating and maintaining the CRM/Smartsheet systems, alongside managing key administration for the channel including logging of quotations issued & circulating to the team on a routine basis.
- Working with the Technical and Specification team on project-based quotations, including house builder specification enquiries.
- Processing developer incentives, new offers, renewals & claims while providing leads and information to support sales, specification and customer services.
- Assisting Customer Service and Finance with invoice queries to speed up resolution times.
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls (Pricing / Technical / Contracts) in accordance with Carlisle Brass customer service standards.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

- Strong MS Office skills.
- Commercial acumen with a mind-set for continuous improvement.
- The ability to manage projects from initiation to completion and review.
- A proven track record in hitting targets and delivering projects.

Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
