**Description**

Do you have fund administrator experience, and are you seeking a new job in Milton Keynes? Apex is looking for an experienced Fund Administrator for a full-time Fix Term Contract role, and the position comes with an attractive salary and benefits package. You'll be responsible for the daily transaction processing, data management and reporting for all Mainspring clients.

As Fund Administrator, you will complete AML and KYC checks for new investors, set up investors on the company’s accounting software, and record CRM data relating to the investors, their advisers and other contacts. Hybrid working options are available for this role.

During your first few weeks in this Fund Administrator role, you can expect to work in some of the following areas:

- Provide timely and accurate deliverables in accordance with company policy and regulatory requirements
- Complete AML and KYC checks for new investors
- Set up new investors on the company's accounting software and record CRM data
- Prepare and compile client reports using the company's software packages
- Prepare accurate and timely daily internal cash reconciliation and reporting for review for designated clients
- Previous experience in a similar role
- A can-do, positive attitude
- Keen attention to detail
- Self-motivated and proactive with a mindset for continuous improvement
