Are you self-sufficient and highly organised, looking for your next role? We’re looking for an Office Administrator to join us 4 days a week, based at our newly refurbished Head office site in Colwick, Nottingham. This role is initially on a temporary 3 month contract, with potential to be made permanent.

Reporting into the Executive PA, you’ll be responsible for supporting their day-to-day activity and general office administration for our Head office site. This includes managing the postal service, meeting room bookings, being the point of contact for deliveries and ad hoc queries.

A pro-active self-starter that has a keen eye for detail, you’ll regularly review areas within our Darwin building to report maintenance requirements, whilst working collaboratively with our Health & Safety team to ensure all areas are compliant, escalating any issues to the team.

You’ll be proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook, as you’ll be using these platforms on a daily basis. You’ll be highly organised with the ability to make prompt clear decisions to deliver an effective, solution focused outcome, whilst having a flexible approach to change. Excellent communication skills are a must, as you’ll be building and maintaining working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at differing levels, including regular contact with our board of Directors.

Hillarys are part of the Hunter Douglas group of companies, so you’ll be joining an exciting and fast-paced company. Our people are what make our business and the reason why we are so successful. Due to the responsibilities of this role, you’ll be based at our Darwin Building 4 days a week.
