Finance / Purchase Ledger Assistant

Mandarin Stone is a leading importer of natural stone and porcelain products in the UK. We are a family run business that has grown into a very successful and reputable company within the industry. Our Head Office is based in the beautiful Wye Valley in the Welsh border town of Monmouth.
We have 14 inspirational showrooms across the UK and are currently recruiting for a Finance / Purchase Ledger Assistant to join our team on a part time basis.
**Duties of the Finance Assistant**:
- Support the day to day running of the Finance department.
- Processing supplier invoices, reconciling statements and resolving queries, paying suppliers
- Supporting the imports departments with the processing of supplier invoices
- Creating Supplier payments lists for approval
**Experience needed for the Finance Assistant**:
- Self-motivated
- Computer literate with a good understanding of accurate record keeping and good excel skills
- Purchase ledger is preferred
- SAP knowledge would be an advantage

**Salary**: £10.50 - £11.30 per hour.
Part time hours: 16 - 25 hours per week.
Department working hours are Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm.
Our Head Office is open Monday - Saturday and closed Sunday’s and Bank Holidays
