Jackson Hogg are delighted to be supporting a fantastic business on the appointment of a Finance Team Leader.

Lead responsibility for the day to day activities of purchase ledger, cash and banking across both sites. Responsible for weekly payment runs, including foreign payments, processing invoices and bank reconciliations inline with financial regulations.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Responsibility for day to day support of four members of staff across both sites, including organising workload, approval of holidays and arranging cover of the cash desk.

2. Lead on purchase ledger, including regular review of unapproved invoices, supplier accounts, processing credit card statements and arranging/checking weekly payment runs.

3. Lead on finance system maintenance, including regular reviews of purchase and sales ledger accounts and setting up new suppliers/customers.

4. Complete monthly reconciliations on bank accounts and cash. Ensuring any inbalances are reviewed and resolved with the team.

5. Ensure the security and control of finance office cash, including regular cash counts with the Finance Assistant across both sites.

6. Lead on improvements to existing processes, streamlining workload within the team.

8. Liaise with internal and external auditors as required.

9. Provide support to the Finance Managers in the production of the monthly management accounts.

**Salary**: From £30,000.00 per year
