We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Specialist Apprentice to join our dynamic HR team based in our UK Head Office in Leeds 12. This is a flexible, hybrid working role giving you the work life balance to work from home and from the office. The hybrid working asks that you work from the office a minimum of 3 days per week.

What You’ll Do:

- To be first point of contact for HR Admin queries for the UK, Ireland & Nordics, escalating where needed.
- HR inbox management through our HRNow platform
- Process new hires, terminations, employee’s files.
- Maintain and update employee data within the Workday HR system, collaborating with IT and HR teams to troubleshoot system issues; provide user support and assist in the implementation of system updates and enhancements.
- Oversee the end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding processes, exit documentation, monitoring probationary periods and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Support the wider HR Team as and when needed.

- Motivated to learn and add value to the team, the role and the apprenticeship programme
- Enjoys working under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills verbal and written.
- Proactive approach to working and learning.
- Familiar with all Microsoft packages, especially Excel and Word
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail and data accuracy
- A proactive and customer-focused attitude.
- Experience in an administration or similar role.
