Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Administrative tasks as needed
- Take payments, reconcile till, maintain petty cash
- Manage and maintain office supplies

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a receptionist/administrator is essential
- Proficiency in using databases and Microsoft Office preferred
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

This is an opportunity to join an established family practice at our centre in Malvern as an essential part of our small team. The position we have available is a job share working two days one week and three the next on a rolling basis. Flexibility to cover holidays and sickness is essential.
