**Business Admin Apprentice **required for a busy and expanding Plumbing & Heating / Renewables business located just outside Tunbridge Wells in Eridge.

**Must have a full UK driving licence**

Full time role 8am-5pm Monday - Friday.

**Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our team at a busy and expanding Plumbing & Heating/Renewables business, as a Business Administration Apprentice. This position will provide valuable hands-on experience in various administrative tasks and office operations. As an apprentice, you will have the opportunity to develop essential skills and gain practical knowledge in business administration and gain a qualification at the same time.

**Key duties: (will include but not be limited to)**:

- Answering telephone calls
- Booking appointments
- Updating customer database and records
- Speaking to suppliers
- Sourcing and ordering parts
- Speaking with engineers
- Invoicing
- Credit control
- HR duties
- Maintaining the fleet of vehicles
- Ordering stationary, supplies and uniform
- Organising waste collections
- Paying trade accounts
- Other administrative work as required
