**About the Company**:
Express Mobile Spa is a Wellbeing Services and Products company, specialising in providing busy working professionals with quick, easy and accessible ways to destress, relax and feel good We create and curate simple yet impactful wellbeing experiences in the form of products and services that help our customers lead a happy, productive, and fulfilling life. Our services include onsite chair massages, yoga & meditation sessions, and wellbeing days at companies. Our latest offering is the online wellbeing store (EMS Wellbeing Store) which provides a curated range of natural, sustainable, and high-quality self-care & wellbeing products.

**Role**:
Be the Brand Ambassador and ensure seamless execution of all ecommerce and Services related Operations initiatives. The role will also involve generating sales & new business development initiatives, finding potential wellbeing partners and creating new product portfolios.

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively work on shopify and other similar ecommerce platforms
- Keep the website up to date with the latest content, design, policies and offers
- Identify suitable shopify apps to help scale up the revenue generation for the store
- Upload new products and collections on a regular basis
- Track and manage the product inventory on a regular basis
- Ensure product descriptions and imagery are up to date, SEO optimised and consistent throughout the website
- Manage timely packing & fulfilment of orders and ensure proactive communications with customers as well as suppliers
- Assist with customer queries regarding products and shipments
- Organise as well as participate in Pop Up events, representing the company
- Work on B2B lead generation for Wellbeing Products & Services
- Research potential Wellbeing Service Providers and establish partnerships with them
- Actively work on developing new product packaging, product launches and product collections ensuring we are offering the most suited wellbeing solutions to our customers

**Other Details**:
The role will be on a One Year Fixed Term Contract. It will be on payroll for 30 hours per week, with a salary of £10.50 per hour. Flexible working options available. The role requires the incumbent to work remotely with one or two days a week at work to to pack and ship orders. This may change based on the scale of orders. They should be available to attend in person team meetings, sales meets and Pop Up events. The incumbent will be expected to work on their personal laptop.

**Location**:In and around London would be preferred as you would be required to commute at least once a week.

**Expected Joining Date: 1st June 2023 or earlier (Immediate)**

**Qualification & Skillsets**:

- One to three years of experience in an Ecommerce Operations or Sales role
- Degree or equivalent level of education
- Proficient in MS Office tools like word, excel and power point
- Self-driven, proactive approach with a keen eye for details
- Organised with excellent time management skills
- Enjoys people interactions and making sales presentations
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills
- Keen eye for latest productivity and organisation tools
- A customer focussed and service oriented approach
- Commercially driven and interested in wellness trends
