Job Scope

To ensure an exceptional customer experience for all clients when purchasing EssilorLuxottica products and visiting our stores. The Sales Associate plays a pivotal role in achieving exceptional sales results by assisting customers in selecting products that align with their lifestyle. They are responsible for various store functions, including opening, closing, merchandising, and sales. As an EssilorLuxottica ambassador, you will embody the Company's values and the Sunglass Hut culture.

Areas of Responsibilities

  • Maximize sales performance and results
  • Adhere to operating policies and procedures meticulously
  • Accurately handle transactions using the POS system (cash, credit, returns)
  • Ensure compliance with training standards and report any incidents appropriately
  • Follow store opening and closing procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service with a professional demeanor
  • Maintain high standards for store presentation and product security
  • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and stay updated on trends and competitors
  • Create a positive work environment
  • Assist colleagues and managers with store tasks
  • Interact with colleagues and customers professionally

Expected hours: 22.5 per week
