We are currently recruiting for **bank Support Workers** in our Perth service and offer industry-leading rates of pay - starting at £11.00 per hour.
As a Support Worker you will support R, a gentleman with an acquired brain injury and COPD, to live his best life possible while helping him maintain his independence.
R is a fun, kind and caring man who enjoys the outdoors and likes walking, going to the gym, cycling and swimming. R also enjoys watching movies, playing pool and listening to the radio and is looking for staff to support and encourage him in his activities.
In addition to this, R needs some support to promote his independence, such as:
- Helping him with his daily routines
- Assisting him to mobilise
- Promoting access to his local area and to build and maintain personal connections
- Administering medication
- Helping him manage his home and finances
