**Lloyds London Market Operations Specialist**

This position will help facilitate change with process improvement across the regions the business support.
- Establishes effective functional processes that meet desired metrics and business expectations that align with the overall business strategy.
- Delivers plans against target deadlines and business objectives and applies project and change management best practices.
- Facilitates the communication of lessons learned as part of implementation efforts, and shares insights within a function or minor region as well as to the broader team of Operations Managers
- Translates business strategies and objectives into business requirements.
- Assists junior staff with training and development.
- Ensures operational processes are communicated effectively to parties responsible for technical development and implementation.
- Your journey through the industry may have been in, broking, or technical processing.
- Define and implement best practices with internal and external clients including continuous review.
- Assist with data analysis to drive process improvements.
- Knowledge of insurance markets
- London Market Experience is essential.
- A positive role model by demonstrating strong communication skills and adhering to the company values.
- Strong business operations experience.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in teams and cultivate strong business relationships.
- Results-oriented
