**Bordereaux Technician - Lloyds Syndicate**

DUA Bordereaux Technician - Lloyds Syndicate
Working within a specialist team under the Syndicate Operations Manager, completing a monthly cycle of tasks that assists in the delegated authority management process.
Reporting to the Syndicate Operations Manager, to provide support for the Managing Agency in the day-to-day processing and monitoring of bordereaux receipt and quality, in respect of the delegated underwriting program. The role will involve liaising closelywith the underwriting, claims and finance teams.
**Overview**
- Tracking timely receipt of premium/risk bordereaux for all delegated underwriting arrangements in place including contacting brokers for overdue or missing bordereaux. Escalating to Underwriting Manager or Operations Manager as appropriate where issuesarise.
- Undertake monthly processing, tracking timeliness of premium/risk bordereaux submissions, and performing subsequent reporting performance of the underlying accounts.
- Identifying anomalies within the bordereau will require liaising with the brokers and underwriters, documenting your findings and, if required amending entries in our systems as necessary.
- Assisting with the setup of coverholder/binder information onto the inhouse bordereau management system using key details from the slip and ensuring where binders have multiple sections that all this information is uploaded accurately.
- Producing portfolio reports in relation to missing/overdue bordereaux and status of bordereaux processing into our systems.
- To maintain compliance with any applicable UK or International statutory or regulatory obligation as required by the role.

**Technical Skills**

Understanding of the processes and procedures of the Lloyds marketplace.
- Knowledge of binding authorities/bordereaux and cleansing/manipulating bordereaux data would be advantageous.
- Ability to plan, organise and time manage effectively.
- Strong technical skills and ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
- Collation, analysis and interpretation of data, information and commentary from a range of sources.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
