Location - Reading / Basingstoke area

Working within the Work Coordination group, you will be required to deliver a flexible, varied and robust support function to the Asset Operations group; as part of this role, you and your team will deliver work coordination activities for local area operations,maintaining compliance with required processes and procedures.

This role will cover tasks aligned to the coordination and control of work, as well as supporting the facilities and ensuring service provider tasks are planned correctly, appropriately de-conflicted and have the correct documented approval levels.
- Experience in Line and Task Management
- Experience in participating and managing change (preferred)
- Experience of working to Management System Procedures (preferred)
- Experience of working with document and record management, using a variety of systems
- Able to communicate effectively with all customers/stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to identify problems, evaluate options and formulate effective process, system and organisational solutions
- Capable of maintaining a high degree of effectiveness in a multi task role, managing priorities and delivering to challenging timescales
- Ability to work using own initiative, having good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a diverse team
- Able to readily adapt and respond quickly to challenging situations or the changing needs of others
- Self-motivating and able to inspire confidence and commitment in other team members
- Good IT skills including the use of MS Office suite
