DESCRIPTION

The primary role of the Internal Sales Assistant is supporting the sales staff, who are predominantly road based, to carry out efficiently their day-to-day tasks.

**Position: Internal Sales Assistant - Permanent full-time**

**Start date**: ASAP

**Salary**: £ Competitive depending on experience (Junior and Senior roles available)

**Holidays**: 20 days

**Location**: Mallusk, Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

**Hours**: 09:00 - 17:00

**Description**

We are currently seeking an exceptional individual for the role of Internal Sales Assistant.

The day-to-day role will involve raising and sending quotations to clients via our internal sales software. Following up quotations and sales leads and updating systems to reflect the status of potential leads is a key part of this role.

This role involves liaising closely with our Technical Sales team, assisting in keeping track of their sales leads whilst they attend product demonstrations and client visits.

You will have a passion for collaboration, be a great communicator, methodical and proud of the work you do.

Experience of office duties is essential. Knowledge of the following is highly desirable: Microsoft word and excel, book-keeping, organisational skills.

**Key Position Requirements**
- Monitoring Sales inbox
- Data processing. For example: CRM additions/amendments, quotations, sales orders and on occasion; invoices, delivery notes and packing lists.
- Respond to internal staff and external customer requests in an accurate and timely manner.
- Answering telephone calls from customers with a professional etiquette.
- Following up potential sales leads
- Must have experience in an office environment processing and detailed administrative paperwork.

**Potential additional Roles to assist the general running of the business**:

- Organising and documenting of freight/shipping logistics.
- Stock take/Stock counting.
- Filing.

- Sense of fun.
- An articulate, eloquent and numerate individual, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communicator - by phone and in person.
- Organized, multitasking, detail oriented, accurate.
- Monitor and report weekly/monthly on progress against the sales plan
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

**Tools**

At Entedi we are fully committed to supporting our staff. We are using some of the latest cloud based technologies for our accounts, stock management, CRM and Sales. There will be training on our software systems where required. A dedicated desk, pc and phone system will be provided.

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
