**Deputy Manager - Bedfordshire - Circa £29,000 per annum**
We are currently recruiting for an exciting new role as a **Deputy Manager** with in an independent living service based in **Houghton Regis.**You will be responsible for the daily running of the service and supporting the Service Manager in ensuring CQC care standards are met at all times.
This is a growing and developing business, perfect for anyone looking to develop and step up in their career with supportive management and directors.
Your main duties as a **Deputy Manager** will include:
- Maintaining an effective 24-hour response service for individuals covered within the care scheme.
- Working to ensure that CQC guidelines are followed and met across the service.
- Ensure the person-centred approach to care is delivered by all staff.
- Providing leadership, guidance and support to the team.
- Managing staff welfare, staff absence etc.

For this **Deputy Manager** role, you will need:
- At least one years' experience working at a management level within care.
- Previous experience working within a Supported Living Scheme or Domiciliary care service.

- Strong knowledge of CQC and care standards.
