As an award-winning college, we are always looking for exceptional staff to help us to fulfil our ambitions and we are now recruiting an administrator to be based within our Maths department.
As the first point of contact for the department, your main duties will include using a full range of MS Office programmes and the college’s data information systems (such as Pro Solution) to: set up student timetables and registers; create and update tracking and monitoring documents; communicate with internal and external personnel; maintain accurate records and files; collate and prepare agendas, minutes and supporting documents; process claims for qualifications; raise purchase orders and process invoices.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £17,029.00-£17,498.00 per year
