**Job Overview**:This exciting new role is for the position of Automotive Quality Leader within the Arm Quality Group. Functional Safety and Cyber-Security Governance and Assurance team You will work with a fast-growing and strong team, assuring the quality of best-in-classproducts for one of the most extraordinary and successful companies

**Responsibilities**:

- Mentor teams on Automotive Quality methodologies, develop processes, reviews and templates, and support teams' preparations for assessments and audits.
- Facilitate and coordinate internal and external audit programs and periodic reviews, provide recommendations for improvement and track non-conformances to closure.
- Provide Quality perspective to bugs reviews and root cause analyses (8D/5W), agree on preventative plans and verify their successful implementation, report Quality Management activities, and call out project/product quality problems.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Practical experience with establishing and maintaining quality management systems according to automotive quality standards (ASPICE, IATF 16949, etc) for semiconductors.
- Excellence in building and leading working relationships with internal stakeholders, and external providers, ensuring that the received results meet pre-defined quality expectations. Supreme interpersonal skills and influencing capabilities.
- Experience in facilitating engineering and management teams through root cause analysis methodologies (8D, 5-why, etc). Experience in applying, facilitating, and guiding quality processes and methodologies.

**“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience**:

- Working experience with Jira, Confluence, Dimensions Requirements management tool.
- Experience in Semiconductor Development lifecycle, Agile SW Development Models, risk assessment/management (DFMEA, FTA).
