We are looking for a host/ hostess for our restaurant. She will be the face of the restaurant, greetings customers, allocating seatings, checking and doing guests bookings. We need someone who is smart, talkative and got presenting personality.

- Greet and welcome guests as they enter the restaurant or hotel
- Escort guests to their assigned tables or rooms
- Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials
- Assist guests with seating arrangements and accommodate special requests
- Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards guests and coworkers

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and ability to handle phone reservations
- Familiarity with guest services principles and practices
- Ability to work well as part of a team
