**What you’ll do**:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams under challenging circumstances to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Demonstrate expertise in the Power Platform suite of products.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions using Microsoft 365 products.
- Perform thorough unit testing on completed solutions.
- Share best practices for Power Platform solutions with global Avanade team members.
- Manage task backlog for continuous improvement of client solutions and contribute to solution estimates

- Master the Flow: Experience in designing and developing Power Automate flows.
- Unleash Your Analytical Prowess: Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
- Agile Ninja: Familiarity with agile development practices.
- Solve the Unsolvable: Critical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Data Virtuoso: Experience in creating, analyzing, and visualizing data with Power BI.
- Dataverse Maestro: Familiarity in using Dataverse with Power Platform solutions.
- Guardian of Security: Ability to secure apps and data.
